Molly’s Lite Lager

This light, bright, and subtly tart, Raspberry Berliner Weiss.
Wagner Road
5.3% ABV (Farmhouse Ale)
Rustic and bright with a dry, slightly peppery finish. A farmhouse-style ale full of character and balance.
Czech Yourself
5.5% ABV (Czech Pilsner)
Crisp and golden with a soft malt backbone and floral Saaz hop aroma. A true nod to the Czech brewing tradition.
Corazon
4.4% ABV (Mexican Lager)
A crisp, clean, pale golden lager made with real lime zest and juice that hits late, adding a bright citrus lift that finishes dry and refreshing.
LOUminator
6.7% ABV (NEIPA)
Juicy and hazy with layers of tropical fruit, peach, and melon. Soft mouthfeel and low bitterness make this NEIPA a fan favorite.
Heiferweizen
4.7% ABV (Hefeweizen)
Traditional German wheat beer. Made with Bavarian yeast strains giving it a pale straw/golden color. Refreshing and easy drinking for summer.
Chalk Eater
6% ABV (American IPA)
Our flagship Westcoast style IPA. Brewed with Centennial hops for classic citrus and pine character.
The Hammer
9.75% Scotch Ale
Named after Macushla owner, Megan Welch’s father (known as “the Hammer” during his football years) a rich, strong, malt-forward ale with hints of coffee and caramel. Dangerously drinkable despite the 9.75% ABV.
Mackinaw
6.5% Peach Saison
Bursting with Oregon peach notes over a crisp effervescent farmhouse base, accompanied by a peppery spice to create a refreshingly dry drinkable finish. Perfect for summer!
Holla-Peno
6.5% IPA
A twist on our NEIPA LOUminator. Still juicy and hazy with a subtle added kick of jalapeno. A Macushla fan favorite.
Sir Kolsch
4.9% Kolsch
Crisp, easy drinking, German-style ale. Clean and refreshing with subtle fruitiness, light malt sweetness, and a soft, delicate bitterness.
Cowboy Shoes
5.2% Hazy Session IPA
A juicy, easy-drinking hazy IPA built for sessionability without skimping on hop character. Pours a hazy, pale golden-orange. Despite the big hop presence, the body stays light and the finish is clean and quenchable, making it an all-day drinker. Drink up!
G Love
5% Grapefruit Lager
Crisp and refreshing, this golden lager is infused with real grapefruit for a bright, citrusy snap that cuts through the malt’s light sweetness. Clean and easy drinking with a tart, zesty finish.
We are sad to announce that our neighbor, Hackney’s on Lake has closed its doors and will no longer be serving food to Macushla. We are working on transitioning to pizza from a local Chicago fan favorite that you’re sure to be excited about! In the meantime, we are still serving our deliciously warm, giant Bavarian pretzels with melted Merkts cheese & spicy mustard, as well as gourmet popcorn and pretzels to snack on. As always, you are more than welcome to bring in any outside food that you wish as well.
